I Made It

Another work week complete. Praise God.  Came straight home, ate supper and went to bed!!!  I was ready for some rest.  I would say quiet but alas I turned on the TV.  Believe me it was not as noisy as my 18  kids this afternoon.

I will be glad when the blogs are working correctly!  Mine seems to be doing fine tonight although I have not made any comments but it is responding better with no clicking.  I really enjoy reading everything written on the blogs I follow.

It is great!  A three day weekend.  The boys will be here tomorrow.  I will be glad to see the little fellows.

I don't really know what the reunion plans are this year but I did not even think about it and told Sharon I would keep the boys so I probably will not try to do the reunion this year.  If any of our folks come to town I hope I see them?  I hope everyone else has a wonderful time.

Don't really have anything to say.  I just woke up about 10:30pm so I decided to sit at the computer a little while.  I cleared out my email and just wanted to remind everyone that God Is Good!!   Love you all.  Good night.  Have a peaceful night with plenty of rest!

  1. Perry ended up having to work today. He was not keen on going to the cemetary but I know he is not excited about having to work all weekend.

Have a good day with your grands. I love you.

  2. I love you, too. I am missing Mom and Dad SO much. Dad did love the reunion. Mom always enjoyed it when you could get her to them but it was just so hard to get Mama away from the house. Good picture. I am not to keen on going to the cemetary either.
The boys are asleep and I just had a round with Bethany on the phone. I just really don't want her and Zach over here. I don't know why she can't just come by herself and even then sometimes it is an ordeal. Sometimes not. I wish I knew what the Lord wanted me to do in these times.
Anyway I do hope all have a wonderful time at the reunion.

  3. Zita, I am praying for you to have strength and wisdom to handle the situation. I feel compelled to say that whatever the Lord has told YOU to do concerning this.. is what you have to do. I know how hard it is to stand fast when it would be easier not to. I wrote a lot of stuff but erased it out because I knew it was my opinion and not exactly what the Lord intended me to tell you.

You have made so much headway in your home. The days I stayed with you were so nice and peaceful. I want to come back and spend time with you.

  4. if I don't check keep me signed in it will not let me comment. So here goes. We were a little late to the reunion (about 5:30) and we came home just before 8. It was fun. It was actually cool under the trees. There was a snake that fell out of the tree before I got there. Peggy said it made them move a little more outside the tree. there was still another on up the tree they could see.

Ie enjoyed today. can't wait to get the other half done and start putting the fabrics back there so you can work in the boys toy room
    Be blessed

  6. Glenda, I too enjoyed our visit together and you are welcome to come any time you wish. Thanks for the prayers.

Norma, That would be scary to have sankes in the trees. But I am glad you enjoyed it.
