I was laying down watching MacGyver and when it went off I came up here to check the temp. I have to turn on the electric heater in the back bathroom if it gets below freezing. Set down at the computer as I passed by. Was gonna finish my Doublecross game I had left started. Wasn't too interested in it ao I picked up one of my gleanings notebooks I have sitting here by the desk. Flipping through several things caught my attention. God is so good. Wanted to share a few.
God's promises are not conditioned upon our adequacy but upon His unfailing faithfulness! God is good!
...God is the strength of my heart and my portion....It is good for me to draw near to God.... Ps. 73:26b, 28a

23) Yet I still belong to You; You hold my right hand.
24) You guide me with Your council, leading me to a glorious destiny.

28) But as for me, how good is it to be near God! I have made the Sovereign Lord my shelter, and I will tell everyone about the wonderful things You do.
