This day has seemed soooooooo long. The kids at work were loud and rowdy today. I was informed my tire was low at nap so I ran quickly to air it up, the gage didn't work and only got it up a little more so after work I had to go to a different station and air up my tire which happens to be the same one that was fixed a few weeks back. I picked up the boys tonight because the weather was suppose to be so bad yesterday afternoon I had told Sharon I would just get them today instead. Jaxon was in a wild mood. Jordan was pretty laid back though. Then when I took the kids home my ignition switch would not turn on so I set outside there for about 10 minutes trying to get my key to turn. I finally called Sharon to let her know why I was still outside their house. David came out to help me and it turned on immediately. You know how cars do women but anyway I was glad it started. I am pooped as Mom used to say.
With all that said!! God is good. I am home, warm, fed and alive. Praise God.
Praise God Norma is better, too!!
Car woes are stressful. I am so glad I have Perry to deal with that!
ReplyDeleteYou did not mention how your breating is?
Wish I was there. I have been so lonesome this week. Perry is off Monday and Tuesday..can't wait. I have been told I can drive but there is nowhere in Irving I want to go.
what a day! I enjoyed our visit today. I have already quilted the block I took home. It was such fun to do something I like. My tummy may protest later for being squished up!
ReplyDeleteWesley sure enjoyed playing with Jaxon today. Didn't he do the stairs well . they are not so much of a problem anymore!
Glenda,
ReplyDeleteYes car trouble is THE PITS! I hate doing anything to a car. I don't really even like to drive. I just feel it is kind of a necessary thing. Now I have to check oil, put in gas, check break fluid, check and air up tires...etc on and on. I hate it. But praise the Lord I have a car and know how to drive it.
I am sorry you was lonely this week. Hope Perry's days of proves to be wonderful.
Norma,
I was excited to hear you enjoyed quilting the block. Can't wait to see your finished pillow.
Yes, I really enjoyed our visit. Wesley does come up and down the steps better.
Jaxon enjoyed playing with Wesley. I am always afraid he will hurt one of y'all cause he is so rough but he really loves for y'all to come.
Hope your tummy stays ok.
Love you both. Have a good night!!
