All Is Well!! Sometimes it doesn't feel or look like it but it IS! Jesus prayed for us.
Neither pray I for these alone, but them also which shall believe on me through their word;..........John 17:20
It always helps me to remember that Jesus prayed for me, too. God heard His prayers. He is our intercessor.
It might help us to bring to mind that Jesus sought the will of the Father. He said nevertheless thy will be done and the loving Father who was looking down on His only begotten son knew it must be this way. So much pain and sadness yet for a far greater good in the end. Jesus was willing to pay the price for us.
He suffered great pain and sorrow but He now sits at the right hand of the Father.
Count it all joy.....our trials brings forth a far greater work, that we may be perfect and entire wanting nothing!! (ref James 1:2-5) The trying or your faith is more precious than gold. (ref 1 Peter 1:6,7)
Please, Jesus, help us to withstand the onslaught of the enemy. Help us to come out of the storm with far more than we had when we entered. Help us to learn and grow in You that we might come forth tried and true. Victorious over ALL. Lead us, guide us, comfort us and help us to grow in Your Peace! In Jesus Name I pray. Amen.

ReplyDeleteWish we could all study together. Got confirmation. My surgery is set for Oct 20. I have to go up and be there at 7:30 the 19th for blood work and pre-op
ReplyDeleteForgot to make my comment on the blog. I did sooo much need to remember that Jesus prayed for me. Sometimes we let what we would say "little things" slip our memory when in fact they are auit big and beneficial things that are slipping our memory. God please help me to remember that I may receive all your benefits
