O Lord God

...O Lord God of Israel... Thou art THE God, even thou alone...  2 Ki. 19:15

So many things...       So much happening...       Hard things to stand...   Hard to understand...

Where is God?....    Does He see? ....     Does He hear?....         Does He care?...

He replies to me.....

Nothing escapes me.......

I CARE.....

Oh, YES,    I see,     I hear....   I have not forgotten thee....   I am right beside you....   Holding your hand.

For you see,     I AM YOUR GOD...    I will strengthen thee...    All Things are in my control...
I will help you.......

Regleaning or maybe Rethink This?

Regleaning.  Is that a word.  I guess not since spell check objected with its little red squiggly line.
Anyway.  Word or not I think that I shall post a gleanings from my notebooks of gleanings that I used on my email years back.  I think I shall post one a week.  Maybe it will uplift someone or help in some way.  My so favorite title on my blog page is God is Good.   Soooooooooooo since I really don't have a life on my own I will shout praises unto Him as He is the giver of life!

"Seems to me if folks would just get their focus off of themselves and onto God, they'd have fewer problems.  Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and these things shall be added unto you.  That's what the good book says plain and simple." end quote.

The things that sound so simple are a lot of times the hardest things for us to grab hold of.  Think on this.  You will see how true it is in every way.  If we focus on God and seek His kingdom then our wants and desires change, our worries and fears fade, peace and strength and joy will come with that new focus.

Lord, please help us to always seek You first.  Help us to find our focus in You for You are the giver of life and hope.  Amen.

Do you like my new look?   Not too sure myself.  I may go to clouds.  That is what I was looking for when I found the flowers.

Looking Forward

Looking forward to our visit with Glenda.  I pray we have good weather and lots of fun!! 
God be with us and let us have an uplifting visit.

If I can make it through Friday.  Schools out so  my class will be a madhouse of grade school and my own class.  But God is in control.  I know I can do it with Him.

Just Thinking

God is good.  I just got through catching up on Jennifer's blogs.  I really enjoyed reading them.  Such beauty they portrayed.  Makes you think about the wondrous God that makes such beauty as the flowers and plants and the beautiful colors and lacy patterns  in the knitting.  Jennifer's talent and ability to make such pretty things.  I looked at Norma' roses pic as well.

God is good and want to always remember to give thanks for the beauty he has given us.

I wish you all well.  God is with you in peace and love.  Choose to be happy!

Loving my new kitchen and dining room floor.  Norma surprised me with a new vinyl floor for my kitchen dining area.  It was laid last week.  I love it.  Maybe I will post a picture soon?

Just sitting here waiting for my last load of laundry to dry so I can hang it up and go to bed.

Caught up on Jennifer's post.  I always enjoy her posts so much.  Beautiful pictures and good ideas and thoughts.
