Touching Base

I am sorry to be so silent but I have been under the weather once again.  Work, home and to bed I go.  I hate to even say it again.  Seems every time I write I am sick.  I really do have something going on though.  I guess a cold or something.

Enjoying my room even though I am slow poking around about getting everything done.  It is so much bigger than my little shoe box of a room.  I can add to and spread out.  I think it will be lovely to have everything in the same room.  Bed, TV, computer, sitting room and sewing machine.  I am just not up to doing too much at once. 

Getting the boys tomorrow.  I love my boys so much.  Keep them in your prayers.  Poor babies.  Life is not playing on the perfect keel for them but God is good.

I am tired and going off to bed I just wanted to get in a hi to all.  Keep me in your prayers.

Pray For Wesley

Wesley's blood sugar had been in the high 400s all day.  He had got to where he could not sit up or control his body.  Home health advised Norma to have an ambulance pick him and go to ER this evening.

She called me back a few minutes ago and said they had got his blood sugar down to the 200s and his blood pressure is doing good.  He is dehydrated and malnourished so they are going to keep him tonight.  We will know more tomorrow.  Remember him and Norma in prayers!!

She did not call around.  She called me because I had called her earlier and she was suppose to take his sugar one more time and if it was not better go to ER so I ask her to let me know.  When she called she ask me to blog and let you guys know what was up and to ask for prayer.

A Prayer

Rule over me this day, O God, leading me on the paths of righteousness.  Put Your Word in my mind and Your Truth in my heart, that this day I neither think not feel anything except what is good and honest.  Protect me from all lies and falsehood, helping me to discern deception wherever  I meet it.  Let my eyes always look straight ahead on the road You wish me to tread, that I might not be tempted by any distraction.  And make my eyes pure, that no false desires may be awakened in me.

Feeling Better

I was sick all day yesterday.  I had a really wakeful night so I have spent my day off mostly in bed asleep.  I didn't get up until around 10, did a few things and was back laying down by about 3.  Watched a little TV and slept a few more hours.  I hope it don't keep me up tonight because it is back to work tomorrow.

God is good.  I am praying for God to give health and peace to you all.

Had a good Day

The boys and I had fun today.  I did not take the boys outside since Jaxon has strep.  He seemed to be feeling better though.  We played with balloons.  Jaxon loves balloons but most of the time we can only play a short time before Jaxon starts putting them in his mouth so I have to put them up but today he did not put them in his mouth at all.  He busted a lot of them but didn't try to put one piece in his mouth.  Jordan got good at dashing over and picking up the pieces to put in the trash.

I didn't blog at nap time today because I took a nap with the boys.  We all slept good!!!!

I'm a little curious about the disturbance last night.  When Jordan came over we went to the fence to look at the howling dog (That is what Jordan calls her) She was not there and a portion of the fence was knocked down.  I hope she was not hurt or anything.  I guess I'll never know since I am not the neighborly sort.  (Too shy to get to know my neighbors).

Awake

I fell asleep earlier watching TV.  I woke up a little while ago and have not been able to doze back off.  There seemed to be a disturbance outside but I could see nothing.  I think it was down by the street corner but I don't hear anything now.  Hope all is well.
Jaxon is sick again.  He has strep so please pray for him.  Poor baby he is sick so much.
They are suppose to be here tomorrow as usual.  I always enjoy their visit even though it does leave me tired out.  Love them boys.
Bethany is liking her new job.  Praise the Lord.  I am so thankful she found a good job and I pray blessings on Josh for letting her stay with him until she can get her own place.
I am loving the idea of my 3 day weekend.  Hope I can talk myself into doing a little work around here. 

I really don't have anything to say just like to check in.  I want you guys to write and I feel guilty if I don't write occasionally.  How can I expect you to do something I am not doing myself.  Guess I'll head back to bed or should I say couch. LOL.  I love you.
